food industry, with potential applicability in food processing
- Ability to work with small companies and large
multinationals, and to deliver results
- Experience in authorship of scientific articles, patent
applications and review chapters in the areas of food and dairy
processing and ingredients
- Experience in speaking at national and international
science and industry conferences
